Nature of service. Everlyn Travel Concierge provides professional travel planning, concierge assistance and one-on-one travel companionship for older adults. Everlyn is not a dating service, escort service, romantic companionship service, travel-buddy marketplace, emergency medical transportation service, or a substitute for skilled nursing care.

Approval required. All travel requests require a consultation and approval before a booking is confirmed. Everlyn reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside the nature or scope of the service.

Fees and expenses. The professional service fee is separate from travel expenses. The client is responsible for the agreed expenses required for the travel companion to accompany them, including airfare, accommodations, necessary transportation and other approved travel expenses. All fees and estimated expenses are documented in the service proposal and agreement.

Payment. A deposit and payment schedule are set out in the proposal. Payments are processed securely through Square. A booking is confirmed only once the signed agreement and required payment are complete.

Health and personal assistance. Assistance is provided within the applicable professional scope. Everlyn does not replace a physician, nurse, emergency medical provider or other licensed healthcare professional when those services are required. Clients requiring significant medical or nursing care may require an appropriately licensed medical travel professional.

Third-party providers. Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, aviation operators and ground transportation companies are independent third parties, subject to their own terms and conditions.
