Need More Time?

Active members may purchase additional concierge hours at their membership rate of $125 per hour. Additional time must be purchased in two-hour blocks, beginning at $250.

Membership Flexibility

You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Changes apply to the following billing cycle, allowing you to adjust your reserved hours as your family’s needs change.

Membership fees are charged in advance.
Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.
Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations take effect on the next billing date.
Current billing-cycle payments are nonrefundable.
No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle changes or cancellations.
Unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle and have no cash value.
Every scheduled visit has a two-hour minimum.
Additional time is purchased and scheduled in two-hour increments.
Transportation, mileage, parking, tolls, admission costs and other third-party expenses are billed separately.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are deducted from the customer’s available hours.
When an appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the hours return to the customer’s available balance for the same billing cycle.
If Everlyn must cancel a confirmed appointment, the customer may reschedule the affected hours. If Everlyn cannot provide the service within a reasonable period, the affected service amount will be credited or refunded.
All services remain subject to availability, an initial consultation and Everlyn’s approval.
