Cancellation Policy
Deposits. A deposit reserves your travel dates and is stated in your service proposal and agreement. Because dates are held exclusively for one client at a time, deposits are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation by the client. Notice given more than 30 days before departure: the remaining balance is not charged, and the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled trip within 12 months where possible. Notice given 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the professional service fee applies. Notice given within 14 days of departure: the full professional service fee applies.
Third-party costs. Airfare, accommodations, cruise fares, aviation charters and ground transportation are subject to the cancellation terms of the provider that issued them and are non-refundable to the extent those providers do not refund them.
Medical and emergency situations. If a trip must be cancelled due to a documented medical event affecting the traveler, Everlyn will make every reasonable effort to reschedule and apply amounts paid to a future trip. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Cancellation by Everlyn. In the rare event Everlyn must cancel, all amounts paid to Everlyn are refunded in full, and we will assist in coordinating alternative arrangements where possible.
