International Medical Travel Companion

Rates start at $1,799 per day, plus all travel-related expenses.

Final pricing depends on the destination, length of stay, treatment schedule and level of nonmedical support required.

Travel-related expenses may include airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, visas and other expenses required for the assignment.

This service is available to adults age 18 and older.

• Gathering and organizing publicly available clinic information
• Coordinating introductory consultations with clinics
• Appointment scheduling and itinerary coordination
• Flight, hotel and local transportation coordination
• Door-to-door travel companionship
• Accompaniment to medical consultations and appointments
• Note-taking during appointments with the client's authorization
• Assistance organizing medical records and travel documents
• Communication with designated family members
• Mobility and personal companionship support
• Medication reminders
• Assistance following the provider's written discharge instructions
• Coordination with the treating clinic when questions arise
• Return-travel coordination after the client receives medical clearance

This service may support adults traveling internationally for planned medical treatment, including:

• Regenerative or stem-cell procedures
• Eligible cancer treatments
• Dental treatment
• Fertility treatment
• Cosmetic or plastic surgery
• Orthopedic procedures
• Other eligible planned medical services

Every assignment is reviewed individually before it is accepted.

Everlyn may assist clients with identifying potential overseas clinics and arranging introductory consultations based on the client's stated needs and preferences.

This assistance is provided for informational and logistical purposes only. It is not medical advice, a professional referral, an endorsement or a guarantee of any clinic, physician, treatment or result.

The client is solely responsible for evaluating, selecting and granting final approval of the clinic, physician and treatment.

Clients should conduct their own due diligence, review the provider's qualifications and licensing, ask questions about the proposed treatment and obtain independent medical advice before making a final decision.

Everlyn does not determine whether a clinic or treatment is medically appropriate and cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information supplied by a clinic or another third party.

Before travel, clients may be required to provide written medical clearance and disclose relevant health, mobility and support needs.

Everlyn reserves the right to decline or discontinue an assignment if the client's needs exceed the scope of nonmedical travel companionship or require a licensed medical professional.

Clients must be medically stable enough to travel and participate in the planned itinerary, as determined by their treating healthcare professionals.

For higher-risk or intensive treatment—including CAR-T cell therapy, complex cancer care, significant post-surgical recovery or treatment requiring continuous clinical monitoring—the treating medical provider must confirm whether a nonmedical travel companion is appropriate.

A licensed nurse or other medical professional may be required instead of, or in addition to, an Everlyn travel companion.

Acceptance of an assignment does not mean that Everlyn has evaluated or approved the treatment.

In an urgent or potentially life-threatening situation, Everlyn will contact the treating facility or local emergency services.

Everlyn cannot guarantee the availability, response time, quality or standard of medical services in another country.

International medical travel may involve:

• Medical complications
• Changes to treatment or travel schedules
• Delayed return travel
• Unexpected hospitalization
• Extended stays
• Additional expenses
• Limited insurance coverage
• Limited legal recourse in another country

Clients are responsible for treatment costs, travel expenses, appropriate medical-travel insurance and expenses resulting from complications, hospitalization or an extended stay.

A private consultation and signed service agreement are required before an international medical-travel assignment can be accepted.
