Everlyn Travel Concierge respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to evaluate a travel request, arrange travel, and communicate with you and any family member you authorize.

Information we collect. Contact details, travel preferences, itinerary details, mobility and general travel-support requirements you choose to share, and communication preferences. We do not request extensive medical records through our inquiry forms.

How we use it. To review your request, conduct a consultation, prepare a proposal, coordinate travel arrangements with airlines, hotels and third-party transportation providers, and provide agreed updates to a designated family member.

Payments. Card payments are processed through Square. Everlyn does not store raw credit or debit card information.

Sharing. Information is shared only as necessary to arrange your travel, with your authorization, or where required by law. We do not sell client information.

Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting hello@everlyntravel.com.
